Sanna Marin

Sanna Marin was appointed prime minister of Finland in December 2019. She previously served as minister of transport and communications. Ms Marin is the party leader of the Social Democratic Party. She has been actively engaged in politics since 2006 and was elected to parliament in 2015. She is also a member of Tampere city council.
