Fen Osler Hampson is a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and chancellor’s professor at Carleton University in the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. He is the author of 14 books, and editor or co-editor of 30 volumes on international affairs, including (with Eric Jardine) Look Who’s Watching: Surveillance, Treachery and Trust Online.
