Rolph Payet

Rolph Payet, former minister for environment and energy for the Seychelles, has been the executive secretary of the Basel,Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions since 2014. He has served in many international global forums including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the Global Forum on Oceans,Coasts and Islands, and was interim coordinator of the NairobiConvention UNEP Regional Seas Programme from 1999to 2008.
