Pascal Saint-Amans

Pascal Saint-Amans has been director of the CTPA at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development since 2012. He joined the OECD in September 2007 as head of the International Co-operation and Tax Competition Division in the CTPA. In 2009, he was appointed head of the Global Forum Secretariat, created to service the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes. Before joining the OECD, he was an official in the French Ministry for Finance and served as financial director of the French Energy Regulation Commission. Twitter @PSaintAmans oecd.org
